Students should be aware of what is going on in the world and one way of relating them to global processes is through the international school programme CAIE i.e. Cambridge Assessment International Education. This is a more flexible approach to implementing the NCF, while at the same time being able to adapt the curriculum to the context, culture, values of the school. Awareness of the global community is cultivated. From such experiences, students get to nurture problem-solving skills, creativity, collaboration and empathy.
